Mum of three. Parent Consultant in Co. Louth. Here to help you help your child.
I didn’t come to this work because parenting felt easy. Becoming a mum made me curious about our children’s little brains, their emotions, and why they do the things they do.
After 13 years working alongside my brother in his business, I found a new purpose. The more I learned and put into practice, the more I saw things change in my own family. I wanted to help other parents feel that difference too.
Today, I help parents look beyond behaviour, whether it’s big emotions, anxiety, sleep, confidence or boundaries, and find compassionate, practical ways to support their children.
Parenting isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about understanding each other, finding connection, and taking the next small step.
